Have you ever wondered how you can cut costs and get your newsletter out to customers or employees more quickly. With AWHPortal here's how!
1. Convert your newsletter to a PDF file. This way you can be pretty sure that it wil be layed out the same for everyone to view it.
a. There are plenty of free conversion tools out there. I like CutePDF. You can do a search and download a free copy. http://www.cutepdf.com/

2. Send out an e-mail to all your customers and employees with a link back to your web site and the newsletter document.
a. Why not e-mail the newsletter? Two reasons. One, you increase transmission time by adding the document. Two, and most important, You want your customers to come to your site so they will look around once they get there.
That's it. When sending an e-mail I recommend one of the CRM programs or an e-mail blast system (yes - we have those too!). THis way each person gets an individually addressed e-mail and not one where you see everyone it was sent to.
